Meetings are held at 1:30 pm on the last Tuesday of every other month. In person meetings will be held on the third floor of the Western Maryland Railway Station, in a Conference Room (Room 302 or 304). Virtual meetings will be done via Google Meet link which will be provided on this site prior to the meeting along with links to the agenda and board meeting documents.
This meeting has been scheduled to be an “in-person” meeting with a virtual option for those that can’t attend in person. The meeting will be viewable using a Google Meet link (see below) or it can be viewed after the completion of the meeting on our YouTube channel using the following link.
If using the meeting link we ask that you identify yourself so we can properly identify you on an attendance roll. Additionally, please follow basic online meeting protocols (mute yourself upon entering and refrain from interrupting the meeting until the public comment portion is reached or you are called upon to speak by a board member).
