This increases the Heritage area by 438%! Economic Impacts of this expansion will include increased tourism as marketing efforts will now include all County tourism assets. The expansion will also provided additional grant funding opportunities for Non-profits and local jurisdictions throughout the County. Bringing vital resources and funding streams to organizations that may not otherwise qualify for State or Federal grants. The potential for new business, added jobs, and increased visitor spending through added exposure and marketing efforts of the Heritage Area are all benefits of this large expansion and development of the Heritage Area.
