The Canal Place Preservation and Development Authority is inviting proposals for an MHIC certified Facilities Maintenance Contractor to provide maintenance and janitorial services for the 7 buildings and 11 acres of grounds at Canal Place, which also contains 3 parking lots, two bridges, one fountain, and one canal boat replica. A pre-proposal walk through is required and will be held June 15, 2022, at 9am, with the RFP due by Noon on Monday, June 27, 2022, (no exceptions). Proposals should be emailed to nicole.gray@maryland.gov Minority Business Enterprise companies are encouraged to bid. The CPPDA has the right to accept or reject any and all proposals.
